Twice the Journey: How I Lost 50 Pounds Twice and What I Learned

So, while I may be a Certified Health & Fitness Coach, this was not always the case. Since puberty, I struggled with my weight, self-esteem and my relationship with food. My health journey was not an easy one. I battled many obstacles, and having these struggles gives me personal experience and understanding of what you are going through. I have been there more than once, and now that I have found balanced health, I want to help you too. For ten years, I struggled with my weight, from yo-yo dieting, over-exercising, under-eating, binge eating, skipping meals, counting calories, no carbs, high protein, and diet pills. I had tried it all! I gave up trying to lose weight.

My body felt like it was where it was supposed to be. No more digestive problems, no more bloating and I was maintaining a healthy body weight and maintaining it. So, what changed? Friends and family asked me what I was doing differently to look healthy. My only answer was, "I am active, I don't diet, and I somehow figured it out for myself." They always looked at me with a questioning look, "What do you mean you figured it out? What do you eat?" I would answer, "Everyone is different. The way I eat may not be right for you." I had yet to learn how to explain what was working for me.

I combined my personal and professional experiences to develop proven Health and Fitness Programs that teach you how to lose weight and live a healthier life without starving yourself or counting calories. Let me say that again NO starving, NO counting calories. Weight loss is individualized, and the program I design for you will be tailored to your lifestyle.
