I was completely overwhelmed.
Years of stress, neglecting myself, and trying to "push through" left me with an extra 65 lbs I couldn’t ignore. I hated looking in the mirror. I didn’t recognize the woman staring back at me. I knew something needed to change.
So, I tried.
I tried every diet under the sun: keto, intermittent fasting, juicing, elimination cleanses—if it promised results, I gave it a go. But nothing stuck.
I’d lose a few pounds only to gain it back because the diets weren’t sustainable. I was constantly stopping and starting, feeling more defeated every time I quit.
One night, after mindlessly find myself reaching for snacks late at night. Again. It hit me that I wasn’t just battling my body—I was battling my mind.
I knew I had to make a serious change, not just for me but for my future. So, I made a decision.
I stopped looking for quick fixes and started learning about
sustainable change.
I focused on nourishing my body instead of restricting it. I leaned into balance instead of perfection. I stopped obsessing over calories and started building
magic plates —plates filled with foods that fueled me and satisfied me without overcomplicating my life.
Little by little, the weight came off. It wasn’t fast or flashy. It took me a year to lose 50 lbs and even longer to truly feel like myself again.
But along the way, something amazing happened: I started gaining confidence.
The more I focused on showing up for myself and building habits I could actually maintain, the more I realized I could do this for the long haul. And now, years later, I’ve not only maintained my results but also turned that experience into my life’s work: helping women like you find their way out of the endless cycle of diets and self-doubt.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck, to hate how you feel in your body, to think,

Question 10. Is this program suitable for people with medical conditions or physical limitations?
Yes, I work with those who have diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, hashimotos, hypo-thyroidism, hyper-thyroidism, and many more. I will need to talk more to know if I can help you individually.
I allow pauses for limited periods of time. You cannot cancel your 1 on 1 coaching agreement.
I may track progress based on how you perform (strength, endurance, etc), how you feel (mental talk, energy levels, etc), and how you look (weight, bodyfat %, progress pics, measurements). The tools we use will depend on your goal.
